By using this website or purchasing products/services from RF Print, you acknowledge that you are legally authorized to make purchases and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
RF Print reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
All orders must be submitted through our website, email, or in person.
You are responsible for reviewing ALL details before ordering, including:
Size
Quantity
Colors
Materials
Finishing options
Shipping information
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or altered if production has already started.
We are not responsible for:
Low-resolution artwork
Incorrect sizes or bleed
Misspellings or grammatical errors
Color shifts due to RGB-to-CMYK conversion
Improper file setup
All files should follow our File Preparation Guide and must meet industry-standard printing specifications.
If we assist with design or file adjustments, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the final proof before production.
For custom printing, a digital proof may be provided.
Production will only begin after you approve the proof.
By approving a proof, you accept full responsibility for:
Text accuracy
Colors
Layout
Image quality
Final design
Approved proofs are considered the final version. No changes can be made afterward.
Color output may vary from your screen or home/office printer due to differences in:
Monitors
Calibration
Ink types
Paper stocks
Print methods
We do not guarantee exact color matches.
If color accuracy is critical, please request a hard proof (additional charges apply).
Turnaround begins after:
Full payment is received,
Artwork files pass inspection, and
Proof is approved (if applicable).
Turnaround times are estimates—not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:
Weather
Equipment issues
Supply chain delays
High-volume seasons
Delivery carrier problems
RF Print is not responsible for delays outside our control.
RF Print uses national carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
Shipping delays
Damaged packages caused by the carrier
Lost or stolen packages
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees apply.
Since all products are custom printed, all sales are final.
We only offer reprints for manufacturing defects such as:
Incorrect trim
Incorrect size
Poor print quality
Finishing errors
We do NOT provide refunds or reprints for:
Customer errors in artwork
Misunderstood product specs
Color variations
Delayed shipping
Small variances within industry tolerance (e.g., 1/16″ trimming differences)
Issues must be reported within 3 business days of delivery, with photo proof required.
Full payment is required before production begins.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
Chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting RF Print first may result in account suspension.
All pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout—they cannot be applied retroactively.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the content, OR
You have permission from the copyright holder.
RF Print is not responsible for copyright violations made by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains:
Offensive content
Copyrighted material without permission
Illegal or harmful imagery
Your privacy is important to us.
We do not sell or share your personal information.

RF Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to:
Lost profits
Delayed projects
Missed deadlines
Business interruption
Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which RF Print operates.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
